A multi-scope project for one of East Yorkshire’s established agricultural businesses, combining potato store construction, concreting and earthworks.
Harlands Builders was appointed by James Stockdale Ltd to deliver a package of works across their agricultural site in East Yorkshire. The scope included concreting and earthworks to support operational improvements on the site, the construction of a new potato store, and an office build. Works were carried out with minimal disruption to the ongoing agricultural operation.
The client required a contractor capable of managing a varied scope of works across agricultural elements. Harlands Builders was appointed based on our track record in agricultural construction and our ability to self-deliver across multiple work packages.

Harlands have carried out a wide range of work for us over the years, from agricultural buildings and concreting through to office work. What stands out is their ability to manage different parts of a project properly, keep things moving and solve issues without creating disruption. They are straightforward to deal with, reliable on site and deliver work to a standard we trust.
