What We Do
Building is at the heart of everything Harlands does. Our team handles the full scope of a build from excavation and foundations through to finished joinery and handover. We work across residential, commercial, and agricultural projects, and we bring the same level of care to a house extension as we do to a full commercial build.
Where specialist trades are needed plumbing, heating, electrical, we use trusted local subcontractors who we have worked with for years. On larger projects, we can act as principal contractor, managing the full programme from planning through to completion.

We start every project with an honest conversation. We visit the site, understand what you need,
and give you a clear, straight quotation. We do not give low quotes to win work and then find extras
we tell you what it will cost before we start.
Our team is made up of experienced tradespeople, many of whom have been with Harlands for
years. Most are local to the Driffield area, which means they take pride in the work they leave
behind in their own community.
